Simple paint and draw program for kids with picture symbol support for reading instructions.

Drawing for Children
is a free drawing program for children with many nice options. The best way to learn to use it is simply to use it.

Doodle
A simple drawing and coloring program which includes stamps (small pre-drawn pictures to color) of Winnie The Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Owl, Rabbit, Gopher, Roo and Kanga to add to your pictures.

Rub a Dub
Teach kids to mouse with this fun art application! Beginning mousers sometimes have trouble with the "click and drag". This fun little coloring book is designed with the tiniest tykes in mind. Kids can color pictures by dragging the mouse over them. The rubbing reveals colorful surprises underneath the black and white features!

BlockCAD
A freeware program for building virtual models with Lego-like bricks.
You can save your models, or save pictures of them (.bmp, .jpg), even reuse a complete model as a part in another model. Everything can be controlled with the mouse, but it's also possible to use the keyboard for most of the commands, making 'routine building' more effective, and there is a minimum of text involved, to make it easier for kids.

Fun website for kids that provides lots of interactive online games, coloring pages, activity ideas, and more! Accessibiltiy options are also available for some users.

Kaboose
This site has activities geared toward different age levels. Funschool is designed for kids ages three to 11 and their families to explore, learn, and play – with fun, easy-to-use, interactive, online educational games. Zeeks is a safe, online community where kids ages nine to 14 can play fun arcade-style games and take part in moderated message boards.

Fun Brain
Fun website for kids to play arcade type games with a focus on educational themes such as math and reading.

River Deep
Go to “Free Demos” to download academic software programs and games for trial. Each demo includes a short introductory video and a couple of interactive activities to provide a short preview of Riverdeep programs. You can also sign up for a 30 day trial. This trial provides full access for 30 days to Destination Success courseware including Destination Math for grades K-12 and Destination Reading for grades PreK-3.
